About Boubyan National

Boubyan National Real Estate Services Company is a Kuwaiti Limited Liability Company established in accordance with the provisions of the Kuwait Companies Law. Its paid up capital upon establishment was 1 million Kuwaiti Dinars. The company was established in 2008 and is working in accordance to the Islamic Shari’a and applying the Islamic teachings in all its transactions.

The principal activities of the company are as follows:

• Ownership, sale, purchase, and development of lands and real estate properties for own interest
• Managing and developing lands and properties for own interest and for third parties
• Renting and leasing of lands and real estate properties
• Carrying out maintenance services for buildings and properties owned by the company and third parties
• Ownership, purchasing, trading, leasing and management of coastal resorts
• General contracting for buildings for own interest and third parties
• Guarding of properties and facilities
