Financial Department

The Financial Department responsibilities includes establishing and maintaining a functioning set of policies and procedures to ensure that the necessary financial controls are adhered by to safeguard the company’s assets.

Human Resources Department

Human Resource play a significant role in understanding Boubyan National goals by leading organizational changes, fostering innovation and effectively assembling talent to sustain its competitive edge. The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, personnel records management and regulatory compliance.

Purchasing & Contracts Department

Purchasing and Contracts Department is responsible for all material requisitions, contractor’s evaluation, processing of payments and maintenance contracts with clients.  It provides a unified purchasing system that oversees solicitation, vendor selection, negotiation, award, contract management and reporting.
